30 DAY RETURN POLICY FOR PURCHASES
 
 Bay State Medical wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Items damaged during delivery or sent incorrectly will be fixed at our expense. You may return your purchase within 30 days of receipt - see below for exceptions. To qualify for a return, please note the following: • Product must be unused, clean and not damaged • Original packaging and materials intact • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client
 
RESTOCKING FEES
 
A 10% restocking fees applies to all returnable products.
 
NO RETURNS
 
There are no returns on the following categories of products: hospital beds, ultra lightweight wheelchairs, lift chairs, wound care, incontinence items, nutritional products and bath safety products.
 
PLEASE NOTE
 
Return must be made within 5 days of item receipt.
 
RETURN PROCESS
 
To return a product, the above conditions must be met. Furthermore, we require that all returns follow these instructions for proper processing: 1. Email request for a Return Authorization Number (RA#) 2. Warehouse must receive item within 15 days of an RA# being issued 3. Report via Email a tracking number to customer service 4. Items sent without an RA# number cannot be credited.
 
REFUNDS
 
All credits will be given after receipt and warehouse inspection approval.
 
CANCELLATIONS
 
If you cancel your order after it has already shipped we consider it a return and the above policies apply
