Bay State Medical ships within United States via Ups ground, Ups 2nd Day Air & Ups Next Day Air. For orders outside the USA, please submit your order via email and we will respond with the exact shipping cost & options. Charges are made only after you agree to the shipping charge and method.

 

 

Shipping charges are shown in the shopping cart before you pay at check out. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and outside the United States may have additional shipping charges. We will contact you via email for your approval if this is the case.

 

 

All orders are shipped within 2 business days. Most orders are generally shipped via UPS though some bulky orders are shipped via freight company and take 5-7 business days for delivery. In the event that your order cannot go out in the above mentioned time. You will be contacted immediately with the reason for the delay. You can either cancel the order or wait for shipment. In the event that we cannot reach you to make a delivery we will reattempt to deliver for up to one week at which time we will return the order and charge you a 10% restocking fee.
